• Shout Outs are a great way to recognize your fellow SKG-ers
• Submit a Shout Out for someone who exemplifies one (or more) of our founding principles or an ISM the person may embody.
• Shout Outs are read each month during the company-wide Java meeting 
• Note: Shout Outs are not anonymous
