To create a new ticket, click on the "? Help" button on the lower right of this window, or select "Submit a new Request" in the upper right corner of the Help Center (Where you are now). You can also bookmark This Address.
As a last resort, you can also create a ticket by sending an email to helpdesk@skgtexas.com. We just ask that you clearly explain the IT problem you are having so that we can properly categorize and document it.
