We’re finding that our VPN license limit is consistently hitting the ceiling. A rule change to our VPN appliance will be enacted to alleviate the strain. Starting now, IT has set the inactivity duration to 1-hour. This means users will automatically be disconnected at that point.
Now you might find this a bit perplexing that users are A.) not saving their working files within an hour while in those files or B.) forgetting to logout in a timely manner to allow others to take their turn? Actually, I’ve been guilty of both! Others are too 😊
